If you do not want to train in a gym and you only have limited training equipment at home, can you still join MJ8?

Yes absolutely!

I have re designed MJ8 so that you can transform your body from home with minimal equipment. All you need is ONE of the following options:

  • Adjustable Dumbbells OR a small selection of dumbbell sets.

  • A resistance band.

FAQ’s

  • What results can I expect? This 8 week plan will help you drop incredible amounts of body fat and build muscle. Results will depend on your starting point, but expect major changes.

  • Is the nutrition plan personalised? Yes. I will design your plan around your starting point and make any adjustments needed throughout.

  • Will this be different to anything I’ve tried before? If something hasn’t worked before it’s down to a poor plan or that you lacked the support of a good coach. With MJ8 I will be there providing you with as much knowledge and support for you as I can throughout.

  • Are the workouts the same for men & women? No, there are separate men’s and women’s plans. So girls you can expect more glutes 🍑 than chest.

  • I don’t have time to spend hours cooking meals everyday, is this a problem? Not at all, I will plan your nutrition to be as simple to follow and as easy to prep as possible for you.

  • I find it hard to stick to a diet and training plan, how will this be different? I will be coaching you everyday via the private facebook group and coaching app. Here you'll have access to tutorial videos, can ask me any questions and will receive daily support and motivation from me and the rest of the group.

  • Can I have cheat days? There will be no need for a cheat day. Your nutrition plan will be personalised to you and I will incorporate foods you enjoy into your plan. This is a transformation plan remember, the feeling of your new body and the confidence that will follow this will heavily outweigh the ‘need’ of a cheat day.

  • I have a holiday coming up, can I still take part? Yes if you have access to a gym or you were following one of the home workout plans and take your dumbbells or a resistance band with you.

  • I’m not on Facebook, is that a problem? All of the educational videos, recipes, documents and live videos are posted to the Facebook group, plus the interaction with your fellow participants really does help you throughout the challenge, so it is a must that you are on facebook. If you don’t have an account, I recommend starting one but only use it for this challenge.
